Formula was contracted to perform the Construction Management of the Phase I Gymnasium Project for Cedars Christian School.

The exterior scope was inclusive of the building foundation and structure, windows and glazing, exterior doors, storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water main extension.  The interior portion that was included was rough in plumbing for the second floor, performance gym floor and some of the interior doors.
