Kyle Bloom
As partner and Director of the Project Management office, Kyle manages estimating, cost, and procurement and leads process development for all Formula projects. Before joining the company, Kyle worked as the GM of Finance and Business Development at the Sasuchan Development Corporation and Operations Manager at Geotech Drilling. There, he led the development of operational processes and created a live inventory system and warehouse to support active drilling programs. Kyle supports a participatory leadership approach which encourages a collaborative team atmosphere where team members feel empowered and respected. When Kyle isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family and watching his three children at their many sporting activities.
