Concrete (Cast in place)
Extremely durable and versatile, concrete is a preferred material in many foundation projects. It can withstand temperature extremes, is water resistant and soundproof, easy to maintain, and has a smooth and defect-free finish.
Formula’s experienced team designs and implements numerous concrete solutions, including: survey layout, excavation and grade preparation, drilling (with or without caissons), concrete forming and finishing, precast unit installation, on-site batching and casting, rebar placement, aggregate production, and quality management.

With Enercon Machines in service, this is the first ever wind energy project in the Province of British Columbia to be generating power for the BC Hydro Grid for public consumption. These turbines (which are founded on Formula foundations) feed an on-site substation (that Formula did the civil works for) in order to provide power to 35,000 BC homes. We are proud of this project and for having the opportunity to be a part of this significant build.
